A word to say how pleased and impressed I am with the service on my watch. It is nearly 50 years old, has probably been used for most of that time (certainly for the 18 years I have had it ) but it is now timekeeping at chronometer standard-I have not had to adjust it at all in the 4 weeks since you returned it . An excellent job!

Watch arrived today ..., and I was pleased to see such a superior & first-rate watch repair that you had done !!
My old Tag has been restored to virtually a brand new watch !!
I'm a bit too scared to wear it at the moment as it's seems too new !!
I will just admire it for few a few days .., before having the courage to wear it !! ..., I'm sure I'll put it on soon enough !!
By the way could you send me a another pre-paid Special Delivery plastic pouch to put another watch for repair in, please ..., this one is a Omega Seamaster and hasn't been damaged but needs a full service as I haven't worn or used it for 10 years. Off the top of my head I think you said £150 ish for a full service/new battery ..., is that right ?

I just wanted to extend my gratitude to you. I received my Tag Heuer 1000m Super Professional back from you on Saturday, I am over the moon with it. Thank you very much. Aswell as my DSSD I have a few Panerai watches with the Unitas hand wound 56 hour power reserve movements. Are you able to service these too? Non of them need service at the moment but they will in the future.
My last question is in 1997 I bought a Tag F1, my 17th birthday. It has been worn alot and has suffered ovr the years, I have it overhauled at Tag in 2000. Just wondering if you service these? From what I can see it needs a new bezel, crystal possibly a buckle, it still works but I fancy restoring it to its original glory.

Yes! my watch arrived on time as you, promised, I was not on site though and got it on Monday.
Thanks for the repair, I've waited 8 long years to have my watch back on my wrist after Seiko said it couldn't be fixed. It is keeping good time and I am following your advice and removing it when I do any wet or very dirty jobs.

Just to let you know my watch arrived back to me safe & sound.
Can I just say I am absolutely over the moon with the work that you have carried out on my B2 Breitling.
The casing restoration is first class and the movements now work as they should.
I purchased this watch as a used piece approx (1year old).........some 5-6 years ago now..........it actually looks and keeps time better now than when I parted with 2k to buy it.
Your customer service was first class letting me know how you were getting on etc...It totally put my mind at ease as initially I was very concerned about sending away my pride & joy, as I had only seen your services advertised on the website.
You have a customer for life now ...I would never contemplate sending my watch anywhere else.
I have friends who have nice timepieces and I will be recommending your services to them at any given opportunity, and anyone else who requires their watch servicing/repairing etc..
Once again I can't thank you enough.........Well done!...Totally First Class Service.
