Our four step watch repair process

Order Your Service Pack

Premier Watch Repairs want the process of your watch repair to be a no hassle fast, simple and secure service. PWR have a service pack order form to fill where you can provide us with a description of the watch and its perceived problem which you can fill in here.

Service Pack Sent

A service pack is sent to you (FOC) for you to safely package your watch. You can return the package which can be sent via your local Post Office using Royal Mail Special Delivery (prepaid with insurance) to be returned to our workshop for a free no obligation evaluation.

Watch Service Process

When servicing your timepiece at Premier Watch Repairs we fully strip the movement and every individual part is inspected for wear. The movement is then ultrasonically cleaned. If any parts are required. Original factory parts will be fitted. The movement is then assembled and oiled as required. When completed the watch is timed in six positions and kept on test for 48 hrs. It is then fitted to the ultrasonically cleaned case and bracelet. You can even have the watch case and bracelet fully refurbished if required.

Your Watch Is Returned

On Completion of the service to your timepeice you will be contacted via email,text or phone to advise you that your watch is ready for despatch .. It will then be securely packaged and returned via Royal mail special delivery.
