I just wanted to say a big "thanks" for undertaking the repairs to my watch. full marks for a top class service, I have recommended your services to a number of friends and I will also be re-using yourselves in getting mine serviced in the years to come and also my late grandmothers watch to.

I have received the watch back and everything is working perfectly so I would just like to thank you for the excellent service I received. It always makes me nervous dealing with someone at a distance, however your communication, especially the call to say you had received my watch and outlining what steps you would be taking put my mind at rest and gave me confidence in the decision to send you the watch.
