Sending Your Watch

The safety and security of your watch is very important to the team at Premier Watch Repairs. Our workshop is fully secured including safes, as we are fully insured.

Packaging Instructions.

The utmost care given when servicing your watch .It is also important that your watch is handled with care in sending your watch to our workshop. It is recommended that your watch is packaged in bubble wrap and placed in an appropriate sized cardboard box or jiffy bag. Do not send the original presentation box, as this may be damaged while in transit.

Please also make sure to include your contact details along with any comments or instructions you may have.

Methods of Shipping

PWR recommend two very reliable and secure services for shipping your watch.

1. Royal mail special delivery: The most secure service available is via and having the contents insured to your chosen value at the counter of any Post office.

Items sent Royal Special delivery are under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery. Your watch can be tracked on Royal mails website. Insuring your watch with royal mail is very economical and well worth it. It the unlikely event your watch should be lost in transit, the Royal Mail will reimburse you to limit you have declared on sending the watch through Royal mail.

2. FedEx courier collection: Alternatively for your convenience we can arrange a secured courier collection from your workplace or home between the hours of 8am 6pm with 24 hours notice. Your watch should be packaged as indicated above. The packet should be addressed to PWR 54 Slimbridge Close, Yate, Bristol, BS37 8XZ along with the Tracking number sent to you in a confirmation email. FedEx provide a tracking service Fedex

COLLECTION SURCHARGES

Due to charges imposed by our carrier the following charges apply for collection of your watch in these areas only .

Collection from Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly £10.00
Collection from Northern Ireland and North of Scotland £36.00
Collection from Republic of Ireland , Channel Islands & all other offshore destinatiions £41.00.
