Our watchmaker started repairing watches as an apprentice in 1988.After completing his training in 1991 he moved on to work for a company repairing watches for a large chain of retail jewellers. On completion of various horlogical specialization courses he went on to form is own trade and retail business "Premier watch repairs"
Premier watch repairs has been repairing Swiss ,Japanese and Russian watches from most manufactures from its Bristol based workshop for the last 5 years. Our aim is to provide a high quality premier watch repair service .
Our Watchmaker, now with over 19 years at the bench maintains his very high standard of workmanship completing new courses at the British horological institute in Nottingham and specialization seminars at ETA and Wostep in Switzerland . Wostep is the market leader in training watchmakers to the highest standard and is recognised by all the major watch manufacturers .
The Watchmaker is fully supported by our customer service manager who is knowledgeable, efficient and polite. All repairs are undertaken on the premises using all the latest technology, giving you the confidence your watch will be well cared for.
2007 was the year we decided to launch our new website and we wanted to offer the customer a range services including watch sales and repairs -we even offer a door to door collection service for your watch . If you place an order for a watch repair by 12 noon Monday to Thursday (repair collections booked Fri-sun will be collected the following Monday)we will collect your watch the next day via insured courier. It will then be taken to PWR workshops where it will be checked and evaluated and you will be advised of the price. On your approval the watch will be serviced and repaired and returned to you in approx 2 weeks-of course if your are local to our workshop you are welcome to make an appointment for us to estimate your repair .
